Emergency Preparedness Plan

FASSV has a detailed Emergency Disaster Plan concentrating primarily on earthquake and evacuation preparedness (see Mariel Hall for more information).

 

Although FASSV Administration considers earthquakes the major risk, for all other potential disasters, FASSV is under the Cupertino School District (CUSD) Critical Incidence / Classroom Disaster Plans. The CUSD is in turn under the umbrella of the Santa Clara County Office of Emergency Services.

 

After a major disaster, it is unlikely that emergency response services will be able to immediately respond to everyone’s needs, so it is important to be prepared to take care of yourself and your family. Plan to be on your own for at least the first 72 hours. Please visit http://www.72hours.org/
